Dr. Randy Flemmer

Dedicated educator, safety advocate, and visionary in driving school leadership.

Dr. Flemmer is the current owner and president of the Canadian Driving School Leadership Circle and is the ex-owner and president of Fleet Safety International.

Dr. Flemmer has been involved with driver education and driver safety for over 40 years. Dr. Flemmer has a vast background in providing practical, hands-on driver training for all ages and types of drivers, from recreational to professional. Combined with his rich educational background, specializing in Adult Learning Theory, Dr. Flemmer is one of the leading authorities on Driver Education and Fleet Safety. Internationally, Dr. Flemmer has conducted Train the Trainer programs in the USA, Algeria, and Australia.

Dr. Flemmer has worked with many of the world’s most popular driver education systems as well as developing his own curriculum in use today at Fleet Safety International and other leading companies. Dr. Flemmer is the author of the SAFER© System of Defensive Driving, which focuses on providing not only defensive driving skills but also developing and maintaining good defensive driving attitudes and behaviors.
